You can enter partial information in the field for criteria, i.e. "mc", but it will return all occurrences of the combination of those letters whether it is McDonald's or Old McDonald's Farm. NO WILDCARD CHARACTERS ARE NECESSARY FOR THE SEARCH CRITERIA.

To search for a parcel by the parcel number, enter the number in the field and click the submit button or press ENTER. You can enter partial information in the field for criteria, i.e. 1309, but it will return all occurrences of the combination of those characters (can be either letters or numbers) whether it is 001309456 or 130912345. NO WILDCARD CHARACTERS ARE NECESSARY FOR THE SEARCH CRITERIA.

To search for a parcel by the City, enter the name of the city and click the submit button or press ENTER. You can enter partial information in the field for criteria, i.e. "cedar", but it will return all occurrences of the combination of those letters whether it is Cedar Rapids or Cedar Falls. NO WILDCARD CHARACTERS ARE NECESSARY FOR THE SEARCH CRITERIA.

To search for a parcel by the Legal description, enter the information and click the submit button or press ENTER. You can enter partial information in the field for search criteria, i.e. "W of HWY 7", but it will return all occurrences of the combination of those letters whether it is NW of HWY 71 or SW of HWY 75. NO WILDCARD CHARACTERS ARE NECESSARY FOR THE SEARCH CRITERIA.

To search for a parcel by the deed holder, enter the name of the person and click the submit button or press ENTER. You can enter partial information in the field for criteria, i.e. "ben", but it will return all occurrences of the combination of those letters whether it is the first name of Ben or the last name of Corben. NO WILDCARD CHARACTERS ARE NECESSARY FOR THE SEARCH CRITERIA.

To search for a parcel by the Section, Block, Lot, Township, or the Range, enter the information in the appropriate fields and click the submit button or press ENTER. You can enter partial information in any of the fields, i.e. "16" in the block field, but it will return all occurrences of the combination of those letters whether it is 1628, 216, or 16. You do not have to enter information in all the fields. You can enter it in any combination or all of the three provided fields. NO WILDCARD CHARACTERS ARE NECESSARY FOR THE SEARCH CRITERIA.
